We design the electronics and write the firmware, so nobody spends a month arguing about which side the bug is on. Schematic through production test, with the documentation to build it again in five years.
01 · Hardware
Schematic and layout
Two to eight layers, mixed signal, switching supplies and antenna work. Reviewed for manufacture before it goes to the fab, not after the first batch fails.
02 · Firmware
Bare-metal and RTOS
Drivers, bootloaders, signed updates and low-power state machines in C and Rust. Written against the datasheet, then measured on the bench.
03 · Production
Bring-up and test
First power-up, EMC pre-compliance, and the fixture that flashes and tests every unit on the line so the factory does not have to improvise.
